I am reaching out on behalf of DIR Transport AB. We are a transport company with an urgent requirement to secure a new operational base in Hisingen due to an impending relocation. We need a property quickly to ensure our business operations continue running without interruption.
We are looking for an office or combined commercial space (kombilokal) ideally located in or around Lindholmen, Aröd, Grimbo, Ringön, Importgatan, or Exportgatan. We are highly flexible on the total layout and are open to looking at any similar properties or adjacent logistics hubs that fit our technical needs.

Our Core Requirements:

• Parking & EV Charging (Highest Priority): Approximately 12 dedicated parking spaces for our fleet. We require either existing EV chargers on-site or explicit landlord permission/capacity to install our own charging infrastructure.

• Premises Size & Layout: We primarily require a small administrative office space with an open-plan layout. Crucially, the space must include a drivers lounge or break area where our staff can rest, eat, access restroom facilities, and drop off keys.

• Size Flexibility: If a smaller space cannot accommodate our 12 parking spots, we are completely open to renting a larger commercial/office space between 150–250 sqm.
Given the time-sensitive nature of our situation, we are ready to move quickly on viewings and lease negotiations.
